MORE THAN A SCORE

Your health is more than a score

A sleep score or a step count on its own tells you very little. Advoca connects to more than 500 devices and apps, from Apple Health, Garmin and Oura to Flo and MyFitnessPal, and reads what they record alongside your journal, your symptoms and your appointments. It explains what it finds in plain words, drawing on trusted medical sources. Connecting your devices and apps is part of Advoca Premium; the rest of the app is free to download and use.

“While digital apps and devices can’t replace formal testing, they can give your doctor a general idea of your total sleep time, your sleep/wake cycle and how disrupted your sleep may be.”
— Dr Brian Chen, sleep medicine specialist, Cleveland Clinic. In the UK, NHS England advises writing down your symptoms and what you want to talk about before an appointment.

ALL IN ONE PLACE

Bring everything your devices know into one place

Link your watch, ring, smart scales, cycle tracker or food diary in a few taps, or connect through Apple Health or Health Connect. Your past data comes across too, so you start with your history rather than an empty page.

  • Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Whoop, Withings, Flo and hundreds more, so you can keep using the devices and apps you already have
  • Brings in your past data and stays up to date, so you see the long view from day one

THE WHOLE PICTURE

See how your numbers line up with how you feel

Your devices measure your body: sleep, heart rate, activity, weight, what you eat, your cycle. Your journal holds how you actually felt that day. Advoca reads the two together, so you can see whether rough nights come before a flare-up, or how your weight, appetite and energy shift on a new medication.

  • Covers sleep, heart rate, activity, body measurements, nutrition and your cycle, so you can ask about whatever matters to you
  • Read alongside your journal and your appointment notes, so you see patterns a single app can’t show you

FOR YOUR DOCTOR

Turn months of data into something your doctor can use

Doctors rarely have time to scroll through graphs. Advoca can bring your device data, your symptoms and your history together into one clear written report, so the changes that matter are easy to see in a short appointment.

  • Clear written reports help you make the most of a short appointment
  • Drawn from your own records, so nothing is left to memory

Your questions, answered

Is connecting my wearables free?

No. Connecting your wearables and health apps, and asking Advoca about what they record, is part of Advoca Premium. The rest of the app is free to download and use: you can record appointments, keep a journal, plan visits and ask trusted health questions without paying.

Which devices and health apps work with Advoca?

More than 500. You can sign in directly to brands like Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Whoop, Withings, Polar, Strava, Flo, Clue and MyFitnessPal, or connect through Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, which works with apps such as Google Fit and Samsung Health.

What data can Advoca read?

Only what the devices and apps you choose to connect share with it, across six areas: sleep, including how long and how well you slept; activity and workouts; daily summaries such as heart rate, stress and recovery; body measurements such as weight, blood pressure, temperature, VO2 max and ECG; nutrition, including calories and nutrients; and your menstrual cycle and fertility.

Can Advoca tell me what’s wrong from my data?

No. Advoca explains and organises what your devices record, and helps you turn it into notes, questions or a report for your next appointment. It does not diagnose conditions, interpret your data clinically or replace professional advice. Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Is my device data private?

Yes. You choose which devices and apps to connect, and Advoca only receives the data you authorise them to share. You can manage those connections in the app at any time. Your data is encrypted, you can export or delete it whenever you like, and we never sell it to advertisers. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we hold and why.

Medical disclaimer

Advoca helps you record, understand and organise your care. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and it does not diagnose conditions or make treatment decisions — always speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

How the AI works

Advoca's assistant transcribes, summarises and explains your health information, grounded in trusted medical sources and overseen by our clinical team. It does not diagnose or replace your doctor — and, like any AI, it can occasionally get things wrong, so we always show you the sources and full transcript behind its answers.
