Tracking that does itself, or a tracker you fill in
A symptom history only helps if you keep it going, and on a bad day filling in fields is the first thing to go.
Type or talk to Advoca about your day, the way you would to someone who knows you. It updates your journal and pulls out each symptom automatically, with its severity, how much it limited your day, when it started, its pattern, where it was, associated symptoms and any extra detail. There is nothing to set up first. Coming soon: medications, test results, energy and mood extracted the same way.
For example: “My knee went again halfway round the walk and I had to sit down. Still aching tonight.” Advoca saves a knee-pain event with its severity, the activity it stopped, when it started and that it lingered, ready to chart against last week. (Illustrative example.)
Advoca's advantage: The detail a clinician asks about (onset, pattern, site, what it stopped you doing) comes from one sentence, not from fields you have to build and fill in every day.
